The first thing to do is that this is something already happening to you. Accept that it’s really happening. At times, bad thing happen to good people. That is the sad fact about life. You need to talk this out. You will get worse if you choose to keep it. You might need a support network or even a close friend or a relative. The first step to healing is talking. This way there are baggage’s that you get to put aside. You don’t have to go through the entire process alone. It can be very hard for you. Don’t work with a person that is condemning you.

You also need to think of yourself as the priority. Think of others too much you make decisions that harm you. At times when you take some me time and try to think about how the situation affects you. This way you can get yourself together faster. This can be done whenever you get times alone.

It is healthy to mourn. To heal you need to mourn. Mourning the loss, however, ought to take a few days. You will miss them, but this should not deter you from moving forward. A divorce can be likened to a loss of life.
